Cochon 501 is a fundraiser featuring Arkansas Chefs and locally raised pigs. The proceeds of the event will benefit the September Fund. In March, 12 Arkansas Chefs will be presented with half of a pig. The goal is to utilize as much of the animal as possible. On June 19th, the Chefs will showcase their skills in charcuterie & preserving styles. Each Chef will present their creations “amuse bouche style" & complimented with gourmet cheeses & spirits.
